Jay Rust, P.A.
Mr. Rust earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Science in Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. He later completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University.
With a strong passion for exercise and nutrition, Mr. Rust is committed to helping his patients achieve a healthier lifestyle. His background in cardiac rehabilitation before becoming a Physician Assistant has reinforced his belief in the profound impact that lifestyle modifications can have on overall health and well-being. Regardless of age or health concerns, he is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to his patients.
Outside of his professional practice, Mr. Rust enjoys spending time with his wife, Jodi, their two daughters, and their son. As a family, they share a love for the outdoors, including skiing, boating, fishing, and hiking. He and Jodi are also avid hunters.

Ryan Chadek, APNP
Ms. Chadek earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Marian University. As a dedicated healthcare provider, she cares for patients of all ages, emphasizing both preventive care and treatment of illness.
Passionate about health and wellness, Ms. Chadek believes in building strong patient-provider relationships based on trust and individualized care. She understands that each patient’s journey is unique and takes the time to listen, ensuring that her approach is tailored to their specific needs. If something is important to her patients, it is important to her.
Outside of her professional practice, Ms. Chadek enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and their boy/girl twins. Together, they stay busy with outdoor activities, boating, sports, and skiing.

Timothy P. Culligan, M.D.
Dr. Culligan, a Northeast Wisconsin native, brings a deep understanding of the region’s culture, history, and community to his practice. Since 2002, he has been providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages at the Kaukauna Clinic. He has a special interest in treating skin conditions, performing office-based procedures, and caring for children and newborns.

Jennifer L. Schoening, M.D.
Dr. Schoening enjoys incorporating a “wellness” philosophy into her medical practice and her professional interests include women’s health, pediatrics and acupuncture. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and Wisconsin Medical Society. Dr. Schoening is married with two children and welcomed her grandson in 2015. She enjoys spending time with family, a variety of fitness activities, travel and puttering in her vegetable garden.

Paul H. Russo, M.D.
Dr. Russo has spent his career in family medicine with a special interest in obstetrics. While Dr. Russo is no longer practicing OB, he still enjoys caring for new born patients. In addition to seeing patients, he enjoys teaching medical students and family medicine residents and is an Associate Clinical Professor at Mosaic Family Health/Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency. In 2011, Dr. Russo was chosen as Wisconsin’s family physician of the year by the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians. When he’s not in the office, he is a member on the KATODA (alcohol and drug awareness) Board and the Fox Valley Mission Group. In addition to family medicine, he earned a degree in Wood Science and a Master of Science Degree in Forestry from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois in 1982. When not with his family and grandchildren, he enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, and vegetable gardening.

Ms. Baumgart is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in preventive healthcare, wellness, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions. She provides comprehensive family medicine care with a particular interest in women’s health, adolescent care, nutrition, and wellness promotion.
As a member of the American Nurses Association, Wisconsin Nurses Association, and Fox Valley Health Professionals, Ms. Baumgart remains actively engaged in her field. In her role as a nurse practitioner, she integrates her nursing background with medical expertise to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. She sees patients independently while collaborating closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Kimberly Romenesko, APNP
Ms. Romenesko earned her Nursing Degree from Bellin College of Nursing, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Marian University and obtained a post-graduate certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University.
Passionate about global healthcare, Ms. Romenesko has participated in medical mission trips to Haiti, Africa, and Peru, demonstrating her commitment to serving underserved communities.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their three grown children, and two grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys reading, golfing, gardening, and boating.
