Jay Rust, P.A.
Mr. Rust completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, and his Masters of Science in Cardiac Rehab at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He later earned his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University. Mr. Rust has a passion for exercise and nutrition, and has continued to implement his beliefs in the people he serves by working with them to create a healthy lifestyle. His experience working in cardiac rehabilitation before becoming a Physician Assistant, has led him to believe that healthy lifestyle changes makes a huge difference in people’s lives. No matter what age you are or what health concern you have, Mr. Rust looks forward to caring for you.
When Mr. Rust is not spending time treating and improving his patients’ lives, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jodi, two daughters, and son. As a family, they love the outdoors – skiing, boating, fishing, and hiking. Jodi and him are also avid hunters.

Ryan Chadek, APNP
Ms. Chadek completed her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing from Marian University. Ms. Chadek treats patients of all ages. Health and wellness are very important to her. She is the kind of Provider patients can turn to during illness as well as preventative care for today and the future. Each patient’s story is different and unique; therefore, Ms. Chadek strives to listen to every individual patient and tailor the care based on their specific needs. Dr. Culligan is a native of Northeast Wisconsin which gives him a unique perspective on the region’s culture, history, and residents. Since 2002 he has been practicing at the Kaukauna Clinic delivering primary care for patients of all ages. He has a particular interest in treating skin conditions, performing office-based procedures, and especially caring for children and newborns.

Dr. Schoening enjoys incorporating a “wellness” philosophy into her medical practice and her professional interests include women’s health, pediatrics and acupuncture. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and Wisconsin Medical Society. Dr. Schoening is married with two children and welcomed her grandson in 2015. She enjoys spending time with family, a variety of fitness activities, travel and puttering in her vegetable garden.

Paul H. Russo, M.D.
Dr. Russo has spent his career in family medicine with a special interest in obstetrics. While Dr. Russo is no longer practicing OB, he still enjoys caring for new born patients. In addition to seeing patients, he enjoys teaching medical students and family medicine residents and is an Associate Clinical Professor at Mosaic Family Health/Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency. In 2011, Dr. Russo was chosen as Wisconsin’s family physician of the year by the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians. When he’s not in the office, he is a member on the KATODA (alcohol and drug awareness) Board and the Fox Valley Mission Group. In addition to family medicine, he earned a degree in Wood Science and a Master of Science Degree in Forestry from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois in 1982. When not with his family and grandchildren, he enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, and vegetable gardening.

Ms. Romenesko completed her Nursing Degree at Bellin College of Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Master of Science in Nursing Degree as an adult Nurse Practitioner from Marian University, and a post graduate certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. She most recently was practicing as an APNP at a family practice clinic in New London. Ms. Romenesko has a special passion for mission work and has been a member of mission trips to Haiti, Africa, and Peru. She and her husband have three grown children and two grandchildren and in their spare time she enjoys reading, golfing, gardening and boating.
