At Kaukauna Clinic, we are proud to recognize team members who make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients every day. One of those individuals is Terri Riemer, RN.

Terri was drawn to Kaukauna Clinic because of the same qualities that continue to define our clinic today — independence, teamwork, and treating patients like family.
“The clinic, employees, and patients are like family to me.”

Her compassionate approach to nursing shines through during even the busiest or most challenging days. Terri focuses on helping patients feel supported, informed, and cared for while ensuring they receive timely care and communication.  For Terri, creating a positive patient experience starts with empathy and connection, “I try to view patients as family and treat them the way I would want my own family treated.”

She also enjoys mentoring others in healthcare and encourages new employees with advice that reflects both growth and teamwork.  Her motto: “See one, do one, teach one.”

Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time outdoors with her two Border Collies, participating in dog agility and training, traveling, and spending time with family. Greece remains one of her dream travel destinations.

A quote that continues to inspire her comes from Mother Teresa:
“Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.”

Terri’s kindness, dedication, and calm presence leave a lasting impact on both patients and coworkers alike. We are grateful to have her as part of the Kaukauna Clinic family.
