Kaukauna Clinic SC would like to welcome our newest provider, Ms. Ryan Chadek!

Ms. Chadek completed her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing from Marian University.  Ms. Chadek treats patients of all ages.  Health and wellness are very important to her. She is the kind of Provider patients can turn to during illness as well as preventative care for today and the future.   Each patient’s story is different and unique; therefore, Ms. Chadek strives to listen to every individual patient and tailor the care based on their specific needs. If something is important to you, it’s important to her.

She and her husband have boy/girl twins and stay busy together with a variety of activities including anything outdoors, boating, sports, and skiing.
