Dr. Kaiser grew up on a dairy farm in central Wisconsin with 9 siblings. Dr. Kaiser completed his Bachelors of Science at the University of Wisconsin – Madison with Majors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He also attended medical school at UW-Madison. Dr. Kaiser completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Area Health Education Center-Southwest (Texarkana). After Dr. Kaisers residency and initial practice in Texas, he moved back to the Fox Valley Area in 2009 & has been practicing in Oshkosh since.
